We ship to almost every country/region in the world, and we use the services of major and trusted international carriers to ensure that your package reaches your destination quickly and safely. We also provide free unified shipping for all our products for most destinations.

Order is successful

After you successfully place the order, you will receive our email confirmation. If you have any requirements for the order, please notify us as soon as possible before your goods enter the processing stage.


Processing


Note: For more than one item in the order, the processing time is subject to the item with the longest processing time.


We will carry out strict quality control on your items and ensure that they are properly packaged before being prepared for shipment. We are happy to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that depending on inventory, small orders may still take 3-5 business days.


Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time required to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If there are any problems with your order, you can submit a ticket to our support center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.


Transportation


We provide different methods with partners of major international shipping companies.

1. Special line transportation (12-15 days)

2. Overseas warehouse (3-7 days)

It takes about 30 days in remote areas.


During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred shipping method on the order information page.


Note: Delivery time may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will restrict their operations during these times. Although unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Note: For tracking numbers, it may take several days for them to activate on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site update.


We strongly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during checkout so that they can sit back and relax while waiting for the package.


Taxi


Please note that all packages are shipped from different warehouses. Our products are not charged for shipping, so import taxes may be incurred, depending on the customs and shipping methods in your country/region. You can check with local customs for more information.
